Eileen Roe Bulcroft, MS is an education professional who brings her knowledge and expertise in education to bear in the classes at Cascade Counseling.  She is available for educational consultations as needed and co-teaches the C.A.N.E. parenting education course through Cascade Counseling.  Eileen has been teaching English in Yreka’s Discovery High School for the past 16 years. 

She has taught parenting classes to teen parents for the high school district and is an AIDS/STI prevention educator as well. Ms Bulcroft has been married to Steve since 1979 and they have raised two children, Heather and Ash, together.   Both she and Steve know first hand the difficulties, challenges, and joys of raising children and developing a healing family system.
